Refund & Exchange Policy

At Little Stars, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Exchange 

☆ Items sold are non refundable, there will be no cash refunds.
☆ Sold items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with our original receipt, items must be unused with intact tags.
☆ No exchange will be entertained for used, altered & damaged items.
☆ Sold items can be claimed within 30 days of purchase.
☆ If item is purchased on regular price & it goes on sale, will be exchanged at sale price.
☆ Items purchased on sale will be exchanged at discounted price.
☆ Items purchased at 40% or 50% can not be claimed or exchanged.

2. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own expense.

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will dispatch the replacement item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
